2. Data Owner refers to the party who owns the Data, including users, merchants, and business partners.

DATA ACQUISITION AND COLLECTION

1. Jatelindo may obtain and collect relevant Data for various purposes, including but not limited to KYC (Know Your Customer) activities, data updates, and/or other activities as determined by Jatelindo in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Jatelindo may obtain Data through third parties such as agents, vendors, suppliers, contractors, or business partners who provide services on behalf of Jatelindo. These third parties are responsible for obtaining lawful consent from the Data Owner before sharing the Data with Jatelindo.
3. The Data collected may include:

• Full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address
• Official identification documents (ID card, driver’s license, passport) or other government-issued identification
• Business legality documents related to prospective merchants and business partners
• Bank account information, billing information, transaction details, credit/debit card numbers, and card expiration dates

4. Collected Data will be verified to ensure its accuracy. Data Owners are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

DATA PROCESSING AND ANALYSIS

Jatelindo may process and analyze Data to improve services, detect unlawful activities, provide technical assistance, inform users of updates, and fulfill regulatory and compliance requirements in accordance with applicable laws.

DATA RETENTION

Jatelindo will retain Data in accordance with service needs and for the period necessary to fulfill processing purposes, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

DATA DISCLOSURE

Data may be shared with affiliated companies, selected third parties (including fraud prevention, marketing, research, and service partners), professional advisors, law enforcement authorities, government institutions, and other authorized parties in accordance with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

ACCESS, CORRECTION, AND DATA UPDATE

Data Owners may request access to and correction of their Data in accordance with applicable laws and Jatelindo’s internal procedures. Jatelindo reserves the right to reject requests that are irrelevant, unauthorized, or contrary to legal provisions. Data Owners must promptly update their Data if changes or discrepancies occur.

DATA DESTRUCTION

Data may be destroyed once the retention period expires or upon request of the Data Owner, unless further retention is required by law. Destruction will be carried out in accordance with applicable data security standards.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

Jatelindo reserves the right to review and update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of FELLO services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT

By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the Data Owner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to its provisions, and consent to the collection, processing, storage, disclosure, and destruction of Data in accordance with applicable regulations.
